I will be sharing one of my new favorite dessert recipes, Snickers fudge. Since it is my birthday, I decided this would be the perfect recipe to share!
This is one that needs to hide in the freezer or it will be gone before you know it. I also liked this recipe becasue it was so easy to make. No baking!
Coat a 9×13 pan with cooking spray and set aside.
FIRST LAYER:
In a small bowl, combine:
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
Heat the chips and peanut butter in a microwave safe bowl; in two 30-second intervals, stirring after each. Stir until creamy and then pour the mixture in an even layer into the bottom of the 9 x 13 prepared pan. Place the pan in the freezer.
SECOND LAYER:
In a medium saucepan, melt 4 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
Add:
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup evaporated milk
Stir and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from the heat and add:
1 1/2 cups marshmallow creme
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
Stir until combined.
Add 1 cup of salted peanuts.
Mixing well until combined. Remove the pan from the freezer and pour the marshmallow creme mixture in an even layer over the chocolate layer. Place back in the freezer.
THIRD LAYER:
In a small saucepan, add:
14-oz. bag caramels, unwrapped
1/4 cup evaporated milk
Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until the caramel is melted and smooth.
Remove the pan from the freezer and pour the caramel mixture over the top in an even layer. Place back in the freezer.
FOURTH LAYER:
In a small bowl, combine:
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
Heat in the microwave safe bowl in two 30-second intervals, stirring after each. Stir until creamy. Remove the pan from the freezer and pour the mixture in an even layer onto the top. Wrap with foil and place back in the freezer for 30 minutes. Remove from freezer and allow to soften slightly and cut into squares with a sharp knife. I found that this recipe needs to be refrigerated or kept in the freezer.

What kind of caramels do u use? Hard candy ones or the soft candy ones like jeresy caramels? I really wana make this!
Designed Decor says
I used the hard caramels and had no problem, they were the only ones at the store. I think the soft ones would be great!
