Don’t just decorate the inside of your home for Christmas, step outside and begin there. Adding outdoor Christmas Decorations to your home is a perfect way to complete your Holiday Decor.
Adding a few simple outdoor Christmas decorations is all that is needed to create a festive Christmas look on the outside of your home.
You can create a festive Christmas look while staying within a budget. I like to shop at the end of season for the following year. I make a wish list of the items and I look for those on the after Christmas sales.
I use my existing planters and add fresh pine. I spray painted branches to give my planters height, added a few dollar store ornaments for the pops of color and a string of lights to complete the look. Each planter cost less than $10. The branches and the pine were free from nature.
Adding a few simple bows to your outdoor lights is an inexpensive way to add color to your outdoor Christmas Decorating.Adding wreaths on windows or shutters is another great way to add Christmas charm to the outdoors.
Don’t forget those mailbox posts. You can complete this look with fresh pine and a pretty bow.
I love this idea of using a garden stake and adding ornaments to hang from it. Another simple and inexpensive idea for the outdoor.
