I love when you can make simple and quick decorating changes without the fuss. My mantel looked like this through Halloween.
I made a few simple changes and it looks like this today. See how simple you can change things to make a perfect Thanksgiving mantel.
I removed the pumpkin decorations and took down the fence and wreath for a nice change to the mantel.
I added my grateful banner, give thanks holiday blocks(which are reversible) and my repurposed book flower. You can read my posts on the grateful banner and the reversible holiday blocks by clicking on the text. I will be sharing about my repurposed book flower soon, so stay tuned.
I love how the simple changes made a nice change to the mantel.
What about you, do you change your decor around or are you someone who likes to leave things and not make many changes?

I’m not really a mantel decorating girl, but I admire other’s mantels. I’m particularly charmed by your “give thanks” blocks and can’t wait to see how to make the book flower.
