Homemade Meat Lovers Pizza!

It has been Pizza time at our house.  It started last week when I shared my Copycat Pizza Hut Pizza Crust Recipe.  Now it is time to share what toppings we like on our pizza.

 

My boys are meat lovers, so of course I have to make a meat lovers pizza just for the boys.

 

I start by making my own homemade pizza crust, you can get the recipe from the link at the beginning of this post.   I place a few spoonfuls of pizza sauce, yes store-bought.  I don’t think I will ever get to the point that I make my own pizza sauce.   I top with cooked ground beef, cooked ground sausage, crumbled bacon, pepperoni and cheese.   I always have the ground beef, sausage and bacon stored in the freezer for pizza night.  I find it easier to make these in large batches and freeze for when we need them.  This makes pizza night a quick and easy meal.

 

I bake each pizza for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is slightly brown.
