What a way to start off the week than with my Canvas Wall Art that I made for the Holidays. I am also sharing other great Holiday projects made with a Silhouette.
First up is a quick tutorial on how I made this Holiday Canvas Wall Art.
Using “Cameron” I cut out the letters for “JOY” and “Snowflakes” using vinyl. I placed “JOY” on the 8 x 10 white canvas’.
I used embossing creme from Paint Couture and spread over my vinyl stencils. You have to do one layer at a time and let the “Joy” dry completely before applying the embossing creme for the snowflakes.
Once the snowflakes were completely dried I applied Brilliant white by Paint Couture over the entire canvas.
Once the coat of Brilliant white was dry I applied a second coat on each snowflake and lightly poured on white glitter over each snowflake.
I made a big pretty bow and attached the ribbon to the backs of each canvas.
I love how the Brilliant White shimmers and gives the canvas the perfect look. This is a simple and inexpensive way to add Holiday Decor to your walls.

I’ve never used embossing cream before, but now I want to! It looks like such a fun medium and the final effect is simply gorgeous. So elegant. And professional! Thanks so much for joining in on the December Silhouette Challenge and Giveaway, DeDe, and adding so much creativity into the mix.
Lauren, Embossing creme is my favorite product to use. It’s potential is endless, I have made so many projects with it and love all of them! Thanks for stopping by and for organizing this great giveaway!
The textured effect is very cool. The hanger has a beautiful elegant look to it all.
Pam, Thanks so much for the nice compliments!
