What a way to start off the week with my Canvas Wall Art that I made for the Holidays. I am also sharing other great Holiday projects made with a Silhouette.
First up is a quick tutorial on how I made this Holiday Canvas Wall Art.
Using “Cameron” I cut out the letters for “JOY” and “Snowflakes” using vinyl. I placed “JOY” on the 8 x 10 white canvas’.
I used embossing creme from Paint Couture and spread it over my vinyl stencils. You have to do one layer at a time and let the “Joy” dry completely before applying the embossing creme for the snowflakes.
Once the snowflakes were completely dried I applied Brilliant white by Paint Couture over the entire canvas.
Once the coat of Brilliant white was dry I applied a second coat on each snowflake and lightly poured on white glitter over each snowflake.
I made a big pretty bow and attached the ribbon to the backs of each canvas.
I love how the Brilliant White shimmers and gives the canvas the perfect look. This is a simple and inexpensive way to add a Holiday Decor to your walls.
